CapitalCare provides a broad array of programs and living options across the continuing care spectrum including long-term care and palliative care, as well as rehabilitative and restorative services, mental health programs and day programs that support healthy, independent living. 

All of our programs are guided by person-centred care, an approach that recognizes the dignity of our residents and clients and aims to empower people to live more independent lives.
