CapitalCare is one of the largest public continuing care organizations in Canada, operating in Edmonton and area since 1963. Our 2,700 staff provide person-centred care and services for nearly 1,400 frail older or disabled adults living in our 10 care homes, as well as over 300 people living in the community who attend CHOICE and other day programs. CapitalCare additionally provides palliative care for people at end-of-life, and rehabilitative or restorative care for patients who no longer need an acute level of care, and who may be able to go home or to an alternate level of care.
