Linda Stevenson, CPA, CGA
Linda Stevenson is a senior financial planner with more than 25 years of experience in the area of business development and management.
Linda started her career in finance as the manager / owner of a chain of small businesses, which she operated for 10 years before pursuing an accounting designation. She joined CapitalCare in 2003 as a budget analyst on loan from Meyers Norris Penny.
Linda became Director of Finance on January 11, 2010 after 7 years in other positions at CapitalCare including Manager, Financial Planning and Manager, Financial Reporting. Her portfolio consists of Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Contracts and Acquisitions, Facility Projects, Parking and Internal Distribution; she also represents a direct link to Alberta Health Services Shared Services for Procurement, Accounting Services, and Information Technology. She reports financial information to the CapitalCare Advisory Committee (board) and to the Capital Care Foundation board.
Linda is born and raised in Alberta. Linda has earned her Chartered Professional Accounting Designation with Certified General Accountants.
